Can't start mission after failing mission

After failing any mission with a squad, we are unable to start a new mission without first restarting the game. The mission screen stays on “waiting for all players to accept” even after we all confirm we have accepted the new mission,

  1. Fail a mission while in a squad
    2.try to start a new mission

Could you and your mates provide a console log with the session where this happened, please?

You may find your console logs by doing the following:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
