Can't Fire Weapons unless braced/Alt fire

Ranged Weapon cant be fired unless it is a braced weapon, when attempting to fire will switch to melee.

Something similar happened to me too, in my case it was the S button: i simply could no longer move backwards.

Restarting the game did not fix it.

The following day the problem was gone and it never came back…

I tested if it was a problem with my keyboard by writing on a text file and there were no missing Ses (esses? Ss? S’s? essesses?)
