I can continue with random character but when I choose body parts I want, the “continue” button becomes inactive…

I figured out it happens when I choose one of these two eye colors at the bottom… what gives?
From what I understand, some eye colors are restricted based on selected home world. For example, you may pick purple eyes if you have chosen to be from Cadia. I recognize that this information could be presented more clearly. Sorry about that!
