Issue Description:
Talking to Oska Krall, Charater from Cadia, Trying to change the eyes color to Purple.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Go to Oska Krall With a Veteran Charater from Cadia with already Purple eyes
2 - Try to change the eyes color, then switching again to purple
→ No Purple option, that should be only available for Cadian people.
Nota : I only tried with my Veteran as the others are not coming from Cadia.
