Cant change/barter/gain blessing with weapon. Stuck

Issue Description:
On XBOX, My ID is TheGoldenOrder. I have an Ogyrn character (Ivar). The character is stuck with the heavy machine gun. If I equip a rumbler or a bolt gun when I go into simulation or game it reverts to the machine gun again. Also if I try to barter the gun when go out of the menu then go back in the weapon is spawned back. Also if I try to destroy it for blessing it refuses either. I can’t get rid of it or switch out of it. It’s a level 20 character, I spent a long time on this character, can’t delete the operative.

Do you happen to have 2 of the exact same Curio equipped in separate slots?

Yes, that was the case. Heralds seal, when I changed the duplication the issue got resolved. Thanks. Should I avoid this going forward or is it something that will be fixed at some point?

Actually not sure how that was possible to have both of them. I only have one herald seal in the list. Not sure how it was placed in both slots.
