Can't Buy the Imperial Edition Bundle

I am trying to buy the Imperial Edition bundle from steam right now but I can’t due to some error:

“You cannot complete your transaction because you are attempting to purchase an item that is already included in another packaged item in your cart. Please check your cart to verify that you are not purchasing an item multiple times. The most common cause would be purchasing DLC along with a deluxe version of a product that already includes the same DLC”-

The bundle is the only thing in my cart

Is there anyway to buy the bundle or do I have to purchase the game and upgrade separately

This is weird. Steam has weird issues like this sometimes that seem to resolve on their own most of the time. Are you attempting to purchase via the Steam client? Try via browser if so

I’ve attempted both with the same error. I tried all night yesterday and ended up getting restricted for trying to make too many purchases a couple times.
