I have purchased the Winds of Magic DLC. I am unable to Access the Amulet of Ashur after Doing the Dark Omen Quest and several Weaves. I’ve even leveled my Athanor past level 5 still nothing i cant speak with Olesya She is bugged with no prompt to speak after resetting the game and Rebooting my PC. …
