Cannot start game on secondary monitor

Issue Summary:
Cannot start game on secondary monitor. Game always starts in primary monitor after getting additional monitor to my pc.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start game launcher
  2. Settings -> monitor 1
  3. Borderless windowed/fullscreen
  4. Start game -> goes to Windows 10 primary monitor “2”
  5. Quit game
  6. Start game launcher
  7. Settings -> monitor 2
  8. Borderless windowed/fullscreen
  9. Start game -> goes to Windows 10 primary monitor “2”
  10. Repeat randomly with monitor 1 & 2
  11. Game always starts in same monitor
  12. Change screen mode to windowed
  13. Drag to correct monitor
  14. Alt + enter

Fixed but would not like to do this every time.
