Issue Description:
I cannot re-bless my Kantrael MG XII Infantry Lasgun with the Opening Salvo IV blessing that I earned from spending ~2500 Requisitorium Coins (a week’s worth) on a Agripinaa Mk VIII Braced Autogun.
Steps to Reproduce:
Saw arguably best-in-slot Opening Salvo IV blessing on a weapon in Requisitorium for my Kantrael MG XII Infantry Lasgun.
Spent a week’s worth of Coins on it. (Most good weapons appear to be worth about a week’s worth of coins, which is annoying.)
Earned blessing.
Could not see Opening Salvo IV as option for Re-Bless.
Please fix.

Just to say here - you cannot re-bless items unless the blessing you took the item off is the same type as the weapon you bless it on. This is by design. If you want to put Opening Salvo IV on a Kantrael XII lasgun, you need to rip one off a Kantrael IV, Ia or XII Lasgun. An Opening Salvo taken off a Headhunter Autogun can only be put on other Headhunter Autoguns. This is not a bug.
Secondly you mention you bought an Agripinaa Mark VIII Braced Autogun to rip the blessing off - Braced Autoguns cannot have Opening Salvo on them. They only have 6 blessings available, and any you rip off can only go on other Braced. Are you sure it was off this gun?

Earn Blessing
…After extracting the Blessing, you will earn the permanent ability to use this Blessing on another weapon of the same mark…
Does this mean that if I want to get a blessing for my Kantrael MG XII Infantry Lasgun, I can only earn blessings from other Kantrael MG XII Infantry Lasguns? That would be the same mark. Kantrael MG IV Infantry Lasgun and Kantrael MG Ia Infantry Lasgun are different marks.
That would be crazy in my opinion, so I mistakenly took “mark” to mean weapon quality. That made more sense to me, especially with blessings shared across weapons of different makes! The idea that Opening Salvo IV on a Agripinaa is different than Opening Salvo IV on a Kantrael is bewildering to me.
Blessings are shared across weapon TYPE which means multiple marks of the same weapon share the same blessing pool.
You can take Opening Salvo off a Kantrael XII and put it on a Kantrael IV or Kantrael Ia because these are all “Infantry Lasguns”. You cannot put it on an Agripinaa Braced Autogun or an Accatran Recon Lasgun as these are different weapon types.
If you want to put Opening Salvo on an Agripinaa Braced Autogun you need to take it off either another Agripinaa Braced, or a Columnus Braced or a Graia Braced. All Braced Autoguns. But you cannot take it off a Vraks Headhunter or Kantrael Lasgun.
So it’s not quite as bad as you think, and the patch notes were wrong/misleading, but it does make it harder to collect all blessings compared to Opening Salvo being available for EVERY weapon that can use it.
