The command to open the chests is not responding. Pressing button to ‘Open 1’ or ‘Open Multiple’ does not work when I click on it, and hitting space bar does not work either.
This still occurs after restarting the game, verifying the game files, switching heroes, and acquiring more chests to see if it resets.
We are aware of a similar issue which does ultimately seem to resolve on its own, which may be the case for you eventually, but nonetheless we still need to remedy this. Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re looking in to it.

I’ll continue to play to see if it resolves itself. As of today, it has not.
