Do we have access to the npc that can change our appearance after character creation?
It doesn’t seem to be implemented, yet, but there’s a “barber” area already accessible in the hub.
There’s just no interaction with the NPC there.
Guys for the love of god please give us some more pleasant faces this is agony…… the face selection/character customization is very very bad

It’s very 40k-rejects themed and I doubt it’s gonna change, fortunately.
Couldn’t find a slider for my boobies though…
