i havent seen one in my shop or a drop, wanna know if im being unlucky or if the class just cant get it. i saw some posts on reddit saying they used it with the class so maybe it is my luck. i kinda wanna get one before release if thats the case

Psykers get the Force Sword, not the Power Sword.
The Force Sword is pretty good. It has an excellent push, and it can roll the Deflector blessing (block ranged attacks). It doesn’t have the Power Sword’s raw damage, however.
