So I used my ult somewhere near that door, which lets you escape from church, but got stuck in a movement loop.
I can confirm that I have been stuck with the BW on the Blightreaper escape route after using flame walk as well. It wasnt the exact same position though, a bit lower where the tunnel opens up and there is a hole in the ceiling. I managed to glitch into that and got stuck in a similar way.
Got only out by blowing myself up, eventually.
