Issue Description: In the new Primaris Psyker Blayor Vordon the lower “robe” part of the clothing doesn’t flows in the air when your walk, run or sprint, its simply stuck to the character’s legs, stiff.

Steps to Reproduce: Walk, run and sprint with the new cosmetic.
