BUG: Sienna Sacrificial Dagger 1st charged strike no longer doing AP damage

Issue Summary:
Sienna Sacrificial Dagger 1st charged shot no longer doing AP damage. Still ignites enemy, and ticks for 2-3 damage twice, but the initial charged slash attack no longer doing AP damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Either on Storm Vermin or Armored Training Dummy use Charged strike to hit target.

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)

Additional Information:
Second Charged strike, the overhead dagger strike still doing AP damage and igniting target, but the First Charged Strike no longer does the physical damage hit. Repeatable always.
