Issue Description:
Not a bug per se but :
When a client says thank you through the menu wheel, it appears in the english client in the alphabet of the origin-client, thus appears as squares (Asiatic alpha numeric symbols not present on receiver client) as the language pack used is not present.
The quick message from the wheel should be displayed in the language/alphabet of the receiver client.
I mean not as the word in the origin client but the corresponding message of the receiver client should ideally be displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Play with a customer in a thai or chinese client.
Client says thanks.
3 squares appear on english client.
