A Thunderhammer with 25% Caraprace+10% Elites+Thrust 4 with no other damage buffs and no talents will leave a Crusher with 32 HP if you use the special+headshot+heavy. Buff it slightly so a Zealot can hit the one-shot breakpoint please.

I just tested this and mine lets them survive with 32 hp without the 10% elite damage.
Kinda irrelevant as there’s essentially no way you dont have another damage buff active, including a singular active stack of momentum, before you hit a crusher but I guess it’d be nice.

Agree with the other guy, I literally never even knew this was a thing and I just run 25% Carapace and 25% unyeilding.
One has to deliberately not take like, ANY damage on their tree (including the multiple 5% melee damage nodes) to see this happen. With a maxed out thrust you’ll basically always 1 shot it with any set up worth it’s salt (assuming you hit the head), even if all you take are those nodes. And more than likely you’ll have Sustained Assault active, or Disdain, or Momentum, or a stack or two of Martyr, etc etc.
Granted, if you’re Zealot build dodged literally every single quality of life increase to melee damage, I commend your dedication to the bit. But also why is a thunder hammer on your gun zealot? and why is it using fury instead of momentum? (the literal only way I can see one not getting any form of melee increase at all).

A small buff would be in order.
Eh, I’ve started taking Piety instead of Momentum because the extra cooldown from IoD is nice. It doesn’t feel like I’m missing that much since Crucis feels terrible into mixed hordes on either Keystone, and the little bit of extra impact from the talent tax and crit feels like it’s doing something.
I think there’s also maybe a bug somewhere? Sometimes I can one shot Crushers in the Psyk, and then I’ll reload and try again and it’ll be left with 32 HP. Either that, or I’m going crazy.
This whole discussion is a bit dumb, if I’m gonna be completely honest here.
We’re talking about a singular percentage of carapace damage here. A single percent. There is no way anybody could argue that the weapon is bad or too good either way. I’m not against such a buff as it will effectively never come up but then again, why add it if it makes that little of a difference?
I couldn’t think of an issue this game has that’s less important than this 1% carapace buff on the crucius thunderhammer.
A crit will easily make up the 32 damage difference

I’ve found that gluing a dueling sword to the end of my thunderhammer gives me all the anti-armor capability I need.
And I’d prefer to have one insignificant issue like that fixed rather than any premium cosmetic clipping or reworking premium shop. Guess it’s a matter of perspective after all, who would have thought.

Let’s say it, I can one shot a crusher with:
- ironhelm only in certain circunstances that will never happen in a real game
- with crucis as constant with a martyrdom build with just one wound of bonus and with trust 3 charges
So, technically you can constantly one shot crucis… you just need a small bonus and a build correct that favors your hammer.
