Brutish Momentum Works in Psykhanium but not MIssions

Issue Description:
Light attacks are supposed to refresh the duration of the buff when you have the Brutish Momentum talent. This works properly in the Psykhanium, but in actual missions light attacks do not refresh the duration.

Steps to Reproduce:
Equip the talent, get a stack of the buff, then use light attacks and see if the buff refreshes. So far, I have tried this on Difficulty 2 and 3, and using the shield weapon and grenade gauntlet weapon.

Just corroborating the bug: it does not appear to work in missions regardless of weapon or difficulty.
