Brain Rupture Bugged with Warp Rider

Issue Description:
Brain Rupture does not receive the full benefit of Warp Rider. At 100% Peril, it only receives a 13% damage increase (1445 damage at 100% Peril w/Warp Rider, 1275 w/o Warp Rider).

The only reason I can think that Brain Rupture would be the only thing affected by this (I tested other sources of damage, all 20%) is that it might use the Brain Burst damage base with an additional source of damage (the Brain Rupture damage) that isn’t being boosted by Warp Rider for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
Turn on Warp Rider, use Brain Rupture at 100% Peril.
Turn off Warp Rider, use Brain Rupture.

Interesting to see this get acknowledged. My first thought was that the bonus damage from Rupture was multiplicative by design, so you get (1+0.5+0.2)x damage instead of ((1+0.5)*(1+0.2))x

Out of curiosity, did you test this with any other similar modifiers to see if they behave the same way?

Yes, I also just tested Warp Siphon+Empyrean Empowerment+Warp Battery (which is a base damage bonus per charge) and it also only gave 15% damage. So it seems that not only is Warp Rider only increasing base damage (despite the description), as you described, but also Brain Rupture is using Brain Burst as it’s damage base.
