Issue Description:
Playing Keyboard & Mouse. Holding right click to prepare my brain rupture reset when I left-click to confirm my kill. It basically tries to swap back to the default mode to brain rupture. As a result, more often than not I can’t get a kill.

Hold right mouse click button and select right-click once fully charged on enemy.

Do you have stacks of Empowered Psionics/other buff when this happens? I noticed before (and forgot to bug report) that if you charge with RMB, the meter will fill at the faster speed, but the ability itself actually charges as if it were default speed.

If you hold the full charge for a moment after the meter fills, you can complete the cast.
