In the following example, the issue seems to be related to casting right as kinetic flayer ends.
You can see that I have to hold brain burst for a decent amount of time despite the bar filling up to full for a decent amount of time.
Although this seems like a client-server issue in this particular demonstration, I’ve been experiencing it more frequently. In fact, I don’t recall ever encountering this before the recent patches despite running Kinetic Flayer for almost the entirety of my Psyker (~1k hours) and since launchm, though that could be attributed to by faulty memory.
I’ve since encountered this issue to varying durations. I did not record all instances and measure their lengths exactly, but the length for which I have to hold brain burst for an extended period of time seemed to be different from each instance if I compared them in my head. I can also assure you that all instances were all done with Brain Burst’s LMB, as I barely ever use the RMB.
