Boss HP changes don't match patch notes

Patch 9# Notes on changes to Boss HP are misleading.

Increased base Plague Ogryn hitpoints from 16000 to 19000.

Base HP was changed to 20000

Damnation: increase to 300% from 250%.

Difficulty Multiplier for Damnation remains at 200%. Difficulty 6 Multiplier changed from 275% to 300%
