The Blessings must be extracted from a weapon belonging to the same Weapon Pattern. For example, a Blessing extracted from a Bully Club could not be applied to a Cleaver, and so on!
I suspect that’s what’s happened here.
We understand more work needs to be done to make this clearer to our players in the UI.
