The Fury buff from the Blazing Piety zealot keystone is not displayed unless the Righteous Warrior node is also picked (PC version, no clue about xBox, maybe they share all bugs anyway).
The Fury buff is activated as soon as the Blazing Piety stack reaches 25.
Picking any of the node(s) below this keystone will result in the Fury buff not being displayed, unless the Righteous Warrior node is also picked.
This makes no sense, since the Blazing Piety node itself produces the buff. The Righteous Warrior node simply adds an additional 10% bonus to the otherwise 15% buff.
The buff should always be displayed when active, independent of the additional nodes being picked.
Also, the buff is displayed via the icon of the default keystone (no chevrons), not of the Righteous Warrior node (with 2 chevrons).
It should be displayed via the Blazing Piety icon by default.
When the Righteous Warrior node is active, the buff should be displayed via the Righteous Warrior icon.
