Blaze away on kickback constantly resets to 1 stack

Blaze away perk on kickback continuously resets to 1 stack if you hold down the aim button while firing. The fact that it stays on 1 stack, instead of resetting and giving a stack on the second shot gives me the impression that this is a bug.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

with a blaze away kickback, fire as fast as possible while holding right click.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
