Beam Staff Crits not working with resourceful sharpshooter

Issue Summary: As shown on stream the beam staff isn’t working with the resourceful sharpshooter trait. Working on dummies body at times but not for head crits.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip beam staff with a resourceful sharpshooter
  2. Try on dummy, if it works on dummy, load into a mission and it should stop working then or after falling once.
  3. Go back to dummy and it doesn’t work anymore.

You showed almost no footage of you actually going for headshots. And when you did, the trait definitely proc’d a few times. Although it should have probably been triggered more than it was, it was actually working.
