Battle Wizard teleport sometimes does not teleport you

battle wizard teleports still often leave you right where you are. in the linked clip my first teleport works fine, but the second teleport leaves me in the same spot and only the fire trail keeps going. This lead to the gun rat not getting staggered and me getting shot a ton.

V2 bw teleports still broken

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

play as BW
try to teleport
something interupts it (bullets maybe?)
stay where you are

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
