Here’s the past year.
Not much special generated by new game modes, but healthier than before the crafting update, about 10k consistently.
Then a short-lived massive boost thanks to Skulls and the Aquilas event, followed by a drop back down because everyone finished said event.
Then another huge boost for Arbites. And again a decline - except this one is more precipitous because so much has gone unaddressed with regards to game balance and updates.
Currently about 5-6k concurrent.

Good yet sad news, we will want you back asap and hopefully it doesn’t take so long that things end up being “DT2”
Snark’s more effective when it’s actually correct.
I don’t get what difference there is between DT and VT2 that has allowed them to consider DT a service game. Sure it has a “social hub” where no one talks to eachother and there is no socializing and there are technically dedicated servers (even though a lot of people miss the p2p days of VT2 upon having to interact with them), however, the most important part about the games as a service model where the game evolves and adds content quickly is absolutely lacking.

Tencent’s gaming department has become so intensely competitive that it’s almost pathological, with most employees under tremendous pressure to generate profits. I suggest sending Fat Shark to China to learn about Chinese company culture and experience the pressure of “involution.”

You guys do realize that your game is still unfinished after two years, right? What exactly is the point of the Commissary when it never gets updated? Do you know how it looks when a new player uses the Commissary and just looks at two different colors for just the original weapons? Not even giving those pathetic options to the new weapons, the Arbites isnt even there at all.
Sad, but not really a surprise, since you are one of the worst developers on the planet. You shouldnt be allowed to develope games anymore.

We sure hope to see the next announcement by Monday or Tuesday, especially since this must mean the next update is pushed to a late October date. I appreciate meeting all the FS furbuddies!
