Bad hit detection for headhunter autoguns

Issue Description (Required):

Very often I will score a headshot with these guns and get the headshot sound and a bloodstain, but no hitmarker and no damage. This does happen to other weapons but seems particularly common to headhunters.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Hit target in the head, deal no damage. This is easiest to see with the Vraks VII because it is single shot, but it can happen with any of the three headhunters.
