Hello,

I was trying to find some form of direct communication to support but I can’t seem to find it. Basically, as far as I’ve been told the backpack cosmetic was supposed to come along with a preorder, I received all the other preorder items but not the backpack, I checked all the cosmetic sections but it is nowhere to be found, is there anything that can be done about that?

If you just pre-ordered the base game, you got a portrait frame and a weapon trinket. The Imperial Edition is the one with Mortis Veteran stuff, including the Caducades Backpack, but you didn’t need to pre-order it to get anything special.

Also, the Caducades Backpack is only available for humans - Veteran, Zealot, Psyker - and not the Ogryn. This is noted on the store page as well.
