Backend error after completing a Havoc mission

We completed a decisive Havoc mission required for my friend to be able to reach to Havoc assignment 31, this way for the next season they could start at 30. However, right after ending, the Mission was aborted once we were on the winning screen, rending the mission as a “Fail” even tho we did succeed (I even have the Scoreboard record, which shows as a victory, but the Backend Error made him still use a charge out of Havoc deployments)

My friend is not exactly good with forums, so I’m making this post for him. Please make his assignment turn into 30 instead of 20 on the next season this Tuesday (It ended up as 28 because of this issue, and we were playing Havoc 40s to rank him up), because with this and many other connection issues we had because of the FS servers, we worked really hard to make this happen just for this to happen in the last day we needed it to happen

The date and hour shown in the Scoreboard is on the GMT-3 timezone, back when we did try to do this

Sorry Vror, I completely understand how disappointing this is, but I’m not able to manually make changes to a player’s Havoc rank. Please rest assured we are looking in to what’s causing the underlying issues and what we can do to lessen the negative consequences when these errors do happen.
