Hi. My friend and I just completed a Level 17 Havoc mission that was started before 00:00. The mission ended after midnight and the assignment period ending. He did not get either the Current Assignment Rank of 17 he was owed for completing the mission and his Highest Assignment Rank completed this week is now 0. He instead got his previous highest completed which was 3.
