Issue Description:
At some point the armory vendor for my Ogryn Skullbreaker no longer populated new items or any items for that matter to purchase. However, after some investigating this is a character specific issue. I made Psyker, leveled it to 2 and then accessed the vendor and there were items there but only when I was logged into the Psyker. When I switched back to my Ogryn, the vendor once more was broken.
