I’ve been in missions where you can go through an entire room without meeting a sniper.
As a Psyker, press ‘F’ and you’re guaranteed to get one in the next few mins (epecially in large rooms).
It’s so consistent, I’m reluctant to use my lvl30 Feat now.
Schizophrenic thoughts won again 
We know a team can navigate large rooms to avoid aggroing enemies.
Im saying dormant snipers get triggered on ‘PWrath’/F.
It’s true some enemies are spawned (when we glitch into their spawn points).
But we also know large expanses where they are pre-populated on entry - a lot of it isnt in line of sight.
I just googled this question because I am confident that this is the case!
Last game we had 2 psykers and if we both used our ult then the next room always had 2 snipers.
Ive played only Psyker since this games closed beta. PW does not spawn snipers.
