Amulet of Ashur not Showing

I have baught the winds of magic DLC. also completed Oleysha’s quests for winds of magic: 1- Helmgart. 2- Dark Omens.
as well as I have played the game but unfortunatly, there was no Amulet of Ashur.
by the way, my Athanor Level is 15.
