It seems that new amd drivers fixed error 2014 (so far i tested), they are on beta but u can try them to see if they fix your problem.
Im still getting big stutter (compared to 23.11.1), but at least is playeable for me, not like 23.12.1 and after.

PS: this issues are for some players SOME, if you don’t have any of this problems at all pls don’t post here (u can check on reddit, amd forums and FS forums to see that “some” players have this problems).
