"Always Prepared" keystone modifier doesn't apply if you weapon swap with Executioners Stance

Issue Description (Required):

“Always Prepared” keystone modifier is meant to refill a portion of the missing ammo when you swap/equip your weapon.
However, if you use the Executioners Stance to achieve this, you get no ammo and stacks get consumed after you swap away from the weapon.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Deplete some of your ammo from your ranged weapon
2. Swap to melee
3. Kill things to get Ranged Specialist stacks
4. Use Executioners Stance

This results in you getting no ammo refills.
