Using Executioner's Stance Does Not Trigger Ranged Weapons Specialist

When swapping to your ranged weapon through using Executioner’s Stance, the Weapons Specialist keystone does not trigger Ranged Specialist stacks upon switching.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play as Veteran and select Executioner’s Stance + Weapons Specialist.
  2. Kill 10 enemies with your melee weapon to reach 10 Ranged Specialist stacks.
  3. While holding your melee weapon, activate Executioner’s Stance. This will automatically switch to your ranged weapon.
  4. Notice no benefit from Ranged Specialist. If you switch back to your melee, and then back to your ranged manually, the stacks will apply.
