Altar outline + engineer Hukon's sundering interaction not working

Just a picture showing an altar sitting in a rock and I tried hukon’s sundering on minigun engineer which has 0 interaction (doesn’t give shockwave charges), is this a bug?

edit 1: Yes just saw it was an acknowledged bug
edit 2: the skill that gives a stackable crit chance (5% more /hit that doesn’t crit)seems to be buggy with the minigun as I ended with max 20 stacks.

As for Hukon’s Sundering, this should work with the Engineer, but requires 50% gun charge use.
