Some New/Old bugs hope can get fixed during balance period

Old - Minotar Receives less Infiltrate damage than all other mini boss
Minoataur has boost_curve_multiplier_override = 1.5 while all other boss like Rat Ogre/Chaos Spawn has boost_curve_multiplier_override = 2. This effectively made Minotaour take less damage from shade Infiltrate, causing inconsistency among different bosses.

Old - Bunch Warrior Priest/Necro weapons cannot get certain archetype specific trait in Chaos Waste
Holy Great Hammer and Ensorcelled Reaper are not counted as heavy melee weapon. As a result, they cannot get corresponding heavy melee weapon exclusive traits.
Flail & Shield/Hammer & Shield are not counted as shield melee weapon. As a result, they cannot get corresponding shield melee weapon exclusive traits.

Old - Necromancer Skeleton Warriors still interact with Threat and Intensity
While last update fixed part of the issue, it’s still not completely fixed.
Skeletons still add threat when there are enemies for them to agro, Dread Senescha version adds more.
Skeletons still freeze intensity for 15 sec when dealing damage, as if they are monsters/mini boss…
These caused games with Necromancer in it has way lower overall horde/special spawn than usual.

New - Engineer should be able to get new talent combo in Chaos Waste
Currently Engineer cannot get talent_4_1 and talent_4_3 at the same time in Chaos Waste. Which make sense for pre balance patch, but should be allowed after balance patch.
