Alright fatshark, watch what you made me do

last image for ingame reference.

and i’m not gonna stop

also don’t mind the clutter, combined with copious amounts of energy drinks it gets that “muse” going

What’s this? Someone else with love for the Cadia 39th colors (called Moebian 133rd in Darktide). Amazing work dude.

thanking you, sahs.

i did some tyranids prior to getting the ogryn done, still hitting the skin tone right was a first for me.

guess i got lucky.

and the eyes… i could count the hair on the tiny brush on one hand… god i hate painting eyes

the last couple days i got my 3d printer go brrrr and stocked up on

•kickback
•grenade gauntlet
•bull butcher 3

as for the fodder there’s

•3x scab gunner
•3x scab shotgunner
•3x scab flamer
•not yet decided number of background scabs
•oh one modded sniper needs to be repaited

sadly no dregs since there aint any mcfarlane figures as a base

but we got nurglings folks, you heard it here first, nurglings incoming

now for the not so good time schedule, between getting stuff recorded for my channel, family and a 10 hour shift, figures are a secondary hobby for when i’m single for a rare weekend

if you’re interested i’d love to keep you posted, it’s just something i start if i got at least 10 hours of concentration and peace at once :astonished:

my thanks, glad you like it.

if only there were more variants, good .stl are hard to come by.

plus i hope i get the color scheme right again, having a few weeks between each figure.

Nice.
Needs jinja beard.

Wonder if Games Workshop do those base-plate grasses in fiery red…

i’d rather try my luck with green stuff on a spare head  tried applying hair on a 1/6 scale head once, ran out of patience

gladly, next on my to do list is second ogryn, kickback and grenade gauntlet.

after that its a matter of free weekends

scab gunners are almost ready as well, got backpacks and heavy laser, flamers i need to pinch off some spikes (always hurts to cut apart perfectly new figures) in the right places and repaint.

edit:
quick headsup, had an afternoon to myself and got another oggy on his way, kickback included.

flamer for the scabs on the way as well

Damn it, sir, it’s really well done. My respects to your skills. Painting big figures is really more difficult than small ones, because. You can see absolutely all the mistakes.
P.S. And yes, the eyes look great!

my thanks, really appreciate it since painting was always something i didn’t see myself capable of.

guess going through some tyranids first gave me a good practise.

other than that i only did some 1/6 zombie heads, those you cant mess up

if only mcfarlane would expand their line or fatshark make some .stl available (i’d even pay for them, maybe a skin and model bundle )
i’d go even more bonkers army building.

sadly darktide isnt successful enough even among 40k fans to get people to buy figures rather than space marines, orks and tyranids.

but they got some nice chaos marines that, among other little items, will get the “nurgle treatment” eventually :face_with_monocle:

thanking you, sah

little heads up on the project.

good thing is 3d printer goes brrrrt while i make content for my channel.

if all goes as planned thursday i’ll have a day off to finish my second ogryn.

right now theres equipment for 3 scab flamer

and a sniper pre painted, or at least the raw, bashed form, will add a proper sniping rifle once i get a good .stl file.

in the parts bin is already 3x backpack and heavy laser for the 3 scab gunner as well as 3x shotguns.

those will be a project come my month off in late august.

will post an update on painted ogryn soon

small update, slow day :

lack of sleep and other stuff getting in the way meant ogryn not getting finished as planned

still details to leather and metal were added, skin is something to do after a goods night sleep
