Allow us to opt out of Emperors Gift

I still have the same opinion on the same topic

The Emperor's gifts must be able to be refused

WAIT! Imagine, if we could choose a gift! Something that The Emperor’s Gift would be a choice out of three, like this: [My super weapon] This would be much better, because I at least would be able to know what weapon I recieved. (I have a bloated inventory) It’s just fun, I think

And I guess the button to refuse would be cool.
