All secondary objectives disappeared

Already been investigated thanks to Catfish on Discord.
Right now there are no scriptures or grimoires to get \o/

edit : power outage condition is on / secondary objectives appear with missions being renewed.
edit edit : power outage / lights out does not work at all at least on some maps (full lights all through the map)

Did… did they finally, after a month, remove dogs only to… BREAK secondaries completely? Oh dear… how…how
