I posted this on the Steam Forums for Darktide as well but I figured I’d put it here so there’s an actual chance of Fatshark seeing it. So there is a color indicator for your team mates ammo but why isn’t there one for the actual player. I just ran into a situation where I screwed a team mate over because I didn’t know I was in the white for ammo because it’s my first time using the plasma gun, a simple thing that could be avoided if I had any kind of indicator for how close to maxed out on ammo I myself am. Especially since you can have 10 versions of the same gun and all of them end up with different total ammo capacities.

+1, I would like to have the same “ammo status” icon for myself as my teammates have on my screen.

Yeah I often find myself trying to do the mental math of "ok, I remember my max ammo is ~180, so it looks like I have roughly 1/3 my maximum ammo… is that white? yellow? orange? Do I take this ammo or ping it?
It sounds simple, but when it’s in the space of 2 seconds and the team is rushing forward and a horde is coming from behind, I just want a direct 1:1 comparison in the UI. I don’t want to have to parse remembered max values to colours.
