i played closed beta before, and i’m playing pre order beta now.
i’m psyker in both beta. and i think something is wrong or…different with force sword.
and might some suggestions.
first one is kind of personal thing.
i loved force sword’s strong attack charge animation at CBT. which was on the first gameplay trailer,if i remember it right.(holding the sword on right upside. first strong attack animation.) and in Preorder beta, i coudn’t find it. it changed. or removed…? maybe it was removed because of sight problem?(but in my case, had no problem with sight at CBT.) imo, that animation was great. i feels like i actually charging my power to make devastating strike. i loved that animation and it was half of the reason why i used it. what do you guys think? changed one is better for you guys, and i’m the only one who want og animation back? just wanna hear out. persnally, i want my og animation back T_T
second thing is special attack.
in CBT, it was strong and fun. i charge force in my sword, hit specials with head, blows it up with particles. not just heads, even like their back. it has explosive(?) sound, gore, hit satisfaction, high damage.
but now in preoder beta, i feel…something isn’t right. i put my special attack on enemies, their head is just gone, without a sound of they exploded. and just fall in to the ground, sometimes even my attack animation is awkwardly cut out like it’s unfinished.
perhaps this is a bug or glitch that only i’m experiencing? never saw this on CBT. or my memories are wrong…idk.i loved force sword in CBT, so im confused.
third, this is more like suggestion.
at CBT, i thought strong attack charging animation was similar with bretonnian sword in VT2.
so what about like BT sword, make strong attack charge of force sword to block attacks.
so what do you guys think? oh and, that peril cost at push. i think that’s strange too.
