Hello! A while back, I bought this helmet because I liked the way it looked and its color scheme. A few months later, for some reason, it got changed to a much darker material that, in my opinion, looks way worse. Can this change be reverted? It feels very weird to buy a cosmetic to support your work, only for that cosmetic to be changed down the line to the point where I don’t like it anymore. (i linked 2 images, brighter - old colour, darker - new one)
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
It looks like something was done to the in-game lighting system, but weirdly, it’s the only cosmetic that got very noticeably affected.
I agree that the game overall looks better after it, but still, it shouldn’t affect the looks of the items THAT much. As I mentioned in my post, it’s just this helmet (and maybe a few other items that I don’t own) that were affected noticeably.

This cosmetic has not changed, it seems like a lighting change that seems to have effected this helmet more than other cosmetics. I will investigate and see if there is anything we can do it get back its original shine!
Awesome, thank you! Yep, as I said, it’s purely visual material, not a model issue. And seems to affect this one specifically (since on other items, the gold-type materials seem unaffected).
to add to OP’s comment, this new helmet also has that darker hue compared to the set’s other dark metal parts. It looks too black and is visible from most angles.
