Stamina Curio Rating 75 gives +2 stamina instead of +3 as listed

Issue Description: Stamina Curio with Base Rating 75 says +3 Stamina. However, in a game, it only gives +2 stamina bars. Not replicatable in Pskyhanium, where it correctly gives +3 Stamina bars Steps to Reproduce: Equip Stamina Curio with 75 rating Stamina Curio description says “+3 Stamina” Start a game, see stamina meter in game only increase by 2 bars.
