10x Brain Rupture not procing on targets

Issue Description (Required):

Whilst in Mortis Trials, the buff that gives 10x Brain Rupture to near by targets isn’t always procing, despite enemies being near enough to be caught within the attack.

So the attack is only stricking one target and not more like it should do.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play Mortis
  2. Select 10x Brain Rupture
  3. Use it and then after a certain amount of time, it will stop working, then some time later start working again.
