Issue Description:
The game crashes if the player quits the training center and then continues to use the UI whilst they are exiting due to a delay in the response of the game.
Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]
- Jump in to the Meat Grinder mode (I used a Veteran, but likely reproducible as any character.)
- Press Esc and open up the settings menu
- Click on the option to leave the training mode and confirm
- Whilst it is attempting to leave, quickly click on leave the training mode again.
Result: The game will crash as the player exits the training mode. (It will crash to desktop).
