Issue Description:
When equipping the feat Holy Revenant the Until Death icon vanishes from the UI. Removing it brings the icon back.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Play as Zealot Preacher
- Open operative interface
- Select Feats
- Equip Holy Revenant level 20 feat
5: Until Death icon will vanish off the UI buff icons
